2. Suggestions and estimate
Our interpreting coordinator shall make arrangements for high-quality interpreters that fit your needs, based on the topics and purpose of the event for which you require interpretation.
The interpreting coordinator will also make suggestions regarding the number of required interpreters, type of interpretation, required equipment, and venue layout, in accordance with the circumstances of the conference, etc.
3. Order placement
We will select your interpreters taking into account their abilities, experience, and personality, and notify you of the selection.
It is crucial that our interpreters to make preparations in advance so that they can contribute to the success of the event by providing high-quality interpretation. Please provide any materials to be used at the event and related materials in advance so that our interpreters can understand the content of the presentations and topics covered in the conference. From the date we receive your order to the date of service, our coordinator will check with you for any materials and information regarding the content of the conference and promptly relay these to the interpreters.
